This is a program-mockery, which regularly (once at 10 minutes) begins bothering. Besides, it interferes in functioning with the buffer of exchange.
To install a program, just start SYSWIN32.EXE file. The program will copy itself on the hard disk and will add in the autorun. The only way to unload the program in Windows95(98) is to run REMOVER.EXE. A favourite combination of three fingers (Ctrl-Alt-Del) does not help.
